- To order, please send us an e-mail including the item name, your full shipping address, telephone no. and PayPal e-mail.
* We accept PayPal or Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard) payment in Japanese yen.
* In general, we do not accept any cancellation, size change etc after payment without a valid reason.
* If purchased item was already sold out we will refund PayPal or Credit Card payment immediately.

Stock items
We are able to deliver within 3 to 14 days.
Pre-orders
Once your pre-ordered item is released publically, you will be notified with an e-mail that it has been shipped. It should be sending around the public release date. Pre-ordere items will not be delivered prior to the release date.
If the date of release is postponed, we will let you know via e-mail.
We can't combine shipment with our stock items.

In general, we do not accept any cancellation, size change etc after payment without a valid reason.
We do not accept PayPal eChecks, and will cancel them immediately.
We won't accept any returns or exchanges unless the products are faulty.
Any mistakes made by us for wrong items will be reimbursed for delivery and return shipping fees. We will also gladly send you a replacement of the same item, but if the item is already sold out by the time it's returned to us, we will issue a refund. We are proud to offer many items as limited editions, and hope that you will understand.
Damages which have occurred during shipment will be subject to an EMS/ UGX (Maximum insurance up to 2,000,000 yen) or International ePacket (Maximum insurance up to 6,000 yen) claims report. However, in the case of the item matching the store description we will request that the customer pays for the delivery and return shipping plus PayPal or Credit Card fees (the amount will be notified via e-mail). Please understand the shipping fees can be quite expensive so we cannot cover them for orders which have been delivered normally.
We have careful checked and packaged each order (except "damage items"). If we find any unlisted damage during packaging we will send a damage pic(s) immediately. Also we record on the web store if print(s) have damage and to what degree. However, there are some products which might incur damage, even if the outside package or tube is undamaged and carefully packed. The shipping company's transportation method can involve car, air, bike etc. Packages may receive some shocks, shakes etc during transport. Please send us photos of the delivered package and make a damage report at your local post office as soon as possible. Japan EMS or UGX or International ePacket will take action for the damages when they have received the report. Japan EMS or UGX or International ePacket can't take any action (award compensation for damages etc) before they receive the report.
As for DHL and FedEx
Damages which have occurred during shipment will be subject to DHL PAKET (Maximum insurance is 19SDR/KG) or DHL EXPRESS (Maximum insurance is 5,000,000 JPY) or FedEx IP (Maximum insurance is 9,000 JPY) or FedEx IP Plus (Maximum insurance is 10,000,000 JPY) claims report. However, in the case of the item matching the store description we will request that the customer pays for the delivery and return shipping plus PayPal or Credit Card fees (the amount will be notified via e-mail). Please understand the shipping fees can be quite expensive so we cannot cover them for orders which have been delivered normally.

Undeliverable Packages
When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will not refund the shipping and handling charges caused by incorrect address, Refusal by Recipient or incorrect information provided. We are unable to reship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you want to re-ship the package you will need to contact us and pay for new shipping and handling charges.

About custom invoice
You may specify the value of the order on the custom form/ EMS or UGX or International ePacket or DHL or FedEx sheet (We usually use Japan EMS or International ePacket). Depending on the price written on the form the tax you pay in your country may change.
* In the case of any trouble during shipping, you will be entitled to the refund (including any fees) which was requested on the custom form.

Sizes of Sizes of prints/posters/clothing/general goods etc are listed on each page as a general guide. There may be differences in the actual dimensions. We appreciate your understanding.
DISCLAIMER
The art items sold on our site are almost all hand made, and, as such, may have small imperfections such as smudges, small spots, etc. Many of the items sold on this site are hand made.
Damaged print, poster or other item
Just e-mail us if you are interested in more info on any damaged prints, posters or other items. We will send a detailed photo of the damage immediately.
